Roofing Company Needs Reprimanded

I was on my way to film when I saw this pile of shingles from a roof tear off in the middle of the street. This disgusts me when all they have to do is pay a $100 dump fee at a landfill or transfer station. This happens regularly at this location, there are tires and all kinds of trash strewn about here all the time.
