Alec Baldwin may be criminally charged for "Rust" shooting, DA eyeing jury trial

Alec Baldwin has repeatedly said that he has insider information that he will not be criminally charged for shooting and killing his cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins on the “Rust” movie set.

But now, the District Attorney in Santa Fe has asked for funding to prosecute four people in the case and “one of the possible defendants is well known movie actor Alec Baldwin.”
