What you put in your mouth radically affects how you age.
When you are young, you can eat whatever you want in each meal regardless of the quality of what you eat. For example, ice cream, pizza slices, hamburgers, and chocolate bars as your main meals. Your body will follow you. Simply because you are healthy and stronger, but you do not know what is going on inside your body. Your internal organs may be aging faster than you think. As you age, you cannot eat as you used to when you were younger because your body cannot follow you anymore due to changes that took place over the years.

The bottom line, invest carefully in your health while you are young. Replace junk food with healthy ones. Your body will pay you back when you get older.

1. Stay away from processed foods
2. Sip plenty of water
3. Eat in moderation
4. Consume meals with a lot of antioxidants
5. Purchase and consume organic foods
6. Add color to your diet and daily life
7. Stay away from poisons (toxins)
