Brioche Lemon Doughnuts

Got to enjoy them dipped in brown sugar lemon curd. Such a zingy and delicious effect.

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
1 packet of instant active dry yeast
1/2 cup of lemon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
80g of salted margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
240ml of warm milk
