City Church pastor, Jim Simpson, begins a new series on Christianity and the Occult for the month of October entitled Hidden Circles. Today’s sermon is entitled The Lust for Power about the Occult and its influence on Christian millennials and Gen Z. Can you be a faithful follower of Christ and engage in occult practices? Do Christians unknowingly participate in pagan practices? These questions and more are answered in today’s message.

In 2017 a Pew Research Center Survey found that 68% of Americans hold to “New Age” beliefs including astrology, psychics, and the presence of spiritual energy in inanimate objects.
