Ulta Beauty is beyond stupid, women don't like weak men telling them what to do

I have never understood this. Why would a make up company have two grown men try and explain "girlhood" and "feminine beauty". In the 90s, that was considered sexist and abusive. But, Ulta Beauty seems to think women need men to tell them what to do.
