How to dry Persimmon Hoshigaki Shibing Got Gam Korolek

I have a persimmon tree. For years I just stared at it. I was thinking...who would plant such a beautiful tree with Persimmons? Now, it's one of my favorite dried fruits and every late October I use a one-month labor intensive drying process to make of of the most exquisite and labor-intensive drying processes. My house has a slight cologne of Fall from the fruit drying in my kitchen.
