I DEMANDED THE VIDEO TAKEN BY MS HIGHWAY PATROL CAPTAIN GERALD COOPER... AND GOT IT! #publicrecords

On 10/20/2022 I received an email from the Department of Public Safety which had multiple items I had requested on a Public Records Request (State version of FOIA). Of those included a nearly 6 minute video taken by Captain Gerald Cooper on his cell phone. Here is that video 😂
