KANYE WEST face DEFAMATION suit for claiming George Floyd passed away from a Fentanyl overdose and not at the hands (or knees rather) of Oppressor Derick Chauvin, following their deadly encounter.
The Floyd family is in a uproar and they want blood; $250 million dollars worth of blood...
Regardless if the statement was false, the question is, was it defamatory as a matter of law?
