Johnny Grube doing 50 lb One Hand Kettlebell Carry on a 10 yard course for 176 Rounds non stop and finished with 25 kettlebell swings.

I switched hands every 10 rounds (equalling 100 yards) for 100 rounds remaining 70 rounds switched to 5 every 5 rounds than for final 6 switched hands at 3 rounds to 6 finished with 25 kettlebell swings.

My grip and forearms were screaming because of all the time under tension.

This is huge for complete body stability and for building physical and mental toughness.
