Gaming Review of PS5 Games and the 30fps debacle.

I go into some detail about games that have a 30fps or even higher performance that came out on older gen consoles. But somehow ps5 and xbox series cant even pull 30fps on their "Next Gen Most Powerful Consoles". Even Skyrim from the 360 can be slightly modded to go 60fps. So how come a next gen console can't handle it? I think its a lack of trying honestly or putting their efforts into the wrong parts of games.
