New Laws Destroying Medical Freedom with Laura Sextro, CEO of the Unity Project

With this vote and the approval by the CDC director, 18 more shots — one per year between the ages of six months and 18 years — have been added. Because many school districts simply default to whatever the CDC recommends, these shots will now be required for children to attend public school in many states.

Their discussion continues with the impact of AB 2098 in California. This bill, known as the Medical Practice Act, was approved by Governor Gavin Newsom on September 30, designates the dissemination of “misinformation” or “disinformation” related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or “COVID-19,” as unprofessional conduct.

Under AB 2098, any information, suggestions, or recommended treatments that do not align with the CDC’s standard of care is designated as “misinformation” or “disinformation.” Healthcare providers can be brought up on charges of unprofessional conduct for sharing unapproved information.

AB 2098 sets a dangerous precedent in that it silences physicians from practicing medicine as they have been trained to do.
