SUGAR FREE & GLUTEN FREE MAGICAL CAKE!!!

I created this recipe for fellow diabetics(but not only)!

Ingredients:
-3 eggs;
-300g Bulgarian yogurt;
-100g coconut flour(or 250g white flour);
-80g erythritol(or 80g sugar);
-100ml oil;
-pinch of salt;
-1 rum essence;
-lemon zest;
-160g carrots.

For the Cream:
-250g cream cheese;
-250g mascarpone;
-400g sour cream;
-20 tablets stevia(or 150g powdered sugar)
-1 rum essence.
