Romans 12:19 King James Version
19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR FRIENDS!!!

I'm gonna be honest guys, and tell you that these questions from this morning's devotional really got me. They got me to thinking about not just my relationships, but my tendency to want to strike back at those who’ve hurt me, Ricky, or any member of my family. I was thinking about all the times where people have done that, and how God helped me to respond. I'd like to ask these questions of you all tonight, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through them and help you answer them honestly. Check these questions out and see what I mean.

How healthy are your relationships?

What I'd like to do tonight guys, is share some thoughts that God has put on my heart concerning this issue, and I pray that what I say will resonate with you. I pray that what I say not only resonates, but that God will help you act on, so that you will live a life in which you are responding to hatred with love. Real love. Come join me in this vlog, And learn for yourself how to avoid not only toxic people, but toxic emotions. 😊

So, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I'd like to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will challenge you to allow God to control not just your emotions, but your actions too.

How can you allow the Spirit to produce fruit that enables healthier relationships?

I pray that you will ask God to help you with any unchecked anger that may be lingering within your heart, especially if it's anger towards another person. Maybe it's towards an ex, a toxic family member, or maybe a friend who's betrayed you. I pray that when the desire to strike back in revenge surfaces, that you will remember what Ephesians 4:26 states, “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:”, and resolve it in a godly manner. Ask God to help you respond to the person who has wounded you with love, while still maintaining your boundaries. I believe the best form of “revenge”, is to live well in Christ Jesus, while the other person continues to live in their misery. Don't let toxic emotions consume you, but allow Christ Jesus to fill you with His Holy Spirit, so that His love, joy, and peace can have its mark on all of your relationships.

UNTIL SUNDAY EVERYONE:

HAVE AN ANBUNDANTLY SWEET EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
