Is the FED preparing to "save the day"?

Just rumors of a FED pivot today shot the markets higher like crazy on a Friday - you can't make this stuff up. The rumors could be true, we won't know until they have no choice but to disclose. Goldman is taking advantage of the bond market and they've paraded this around 2 quarters in a row - this drives me crazy! Rates aren't that bad, but not great either, no doubt about it. Sentiment is the real problem and that doesn't seem to be getting better as it pertains to real estate, but according to major credit card companies, people are still spending money out there. Things are not as bad as they seem Team, but they aren't great either. Prepare yourself for winter and hope it isn't necessary.
