Bosu Ball: HIIT workout

-For this workout the dome will be up. The dome is the inflated side of the Bosu Ball.
-The Workout:
5 Rounds
:20 Jump Squat (Jump forward onto the ball and jump back to starting point. Scale to standard squats)
:20 Side Steps (move laterally while alternating the foot that is on the dome)
:20 Bosu Burpee (Modified burpee with hands on the dome. Jump to your feet. Jump on the dome to finish)
:20 Alternating Lunges (Up foot will touch dome on each lunge, but back knee doesn't have to touch the ground)
:20 Rest
