FINRA fines Wedbush only 900k for 5 years of FTD violations

The fines are so small that they don’t deter the bad behavior the fines actually encourage it If a company can violate the law for 5 years and only get a fine that is a percentage of the money gained by the illegal activities Why would they stop breaking the law?!
