Morning Ramble - 20221015 - China Rising

James rambles toward Geopolitics again with commentary on the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party being held on 16 October. Prepended to this is a brief update on post-Shed things on the Homestead. There's a bit of All-Over-the-Place (as always) and a sudden and ginormous sneeze to round out the end of the ramble.
