PVPUSD Candidate - Jennifer "Jenny" Handjian

Jenny is a mom who leads by example. She's a leading volunteer in the Palos Verdes community. Coaching baseball, soccer, softball, and cheerleading. Plus PTA and Girl Scouts. Because she has two kids. And they come first. Then the pandemic hit. And policies pushed by the PVPUSD stopped making sense. Jenny, other parents, and kids like her son began speaking up. But the board wasn't listening. So, being the leader that she is. Jenny is running to join the board herself. Also, she says since the Common Core curriculum. Pushed by the Obama Administration. Test scores and school rankings are dropping. She wants to change it all. And she's ready to start making that happen.
