Emergencies Act Cmsn: Police Chief was suspicious of a Plan for Failure, later Resigned | Oct 21 '22

The Emergencies Act Commission continues on October 21st 2022. They investigate the meeting notes from the Ottawa Police in the days in February prior to the Act getting called. They outline the erratic and angry behaviour of the police chief at the time. He was hearing political rumours of a setup for him failing to deal with the Trucker Convoy. He later resigned from his position the day after the Emergencies Act was invoked. Protests and erratic police behaviour continue across Canada.
