Compromise vs. Negotiation

In this episode of Practical Balance Janice shares how she has befriended a Road Runner who sleeps on her porch every night.

Jen is excited about her new class, Empower Yourself, and explains her teaching method of Line upon Line, Precept upon Precept, and Grace upon Grace. Practice makes you better at what you do. Learn the lesson and apply it. Learn the next lesson and apply it, etc.

Janice explains how that is the simplest way of learning. It is a Yin/Yang approach. Spirit says If you can’t do simple you can’t do complicated. Why do complicated when it’s unnecessary.

We were asked what a person can do when they compromise to their own defects and detriment.

Spirit says Never Compromise, Always Negotiate. If you compromise you lose, you become disempowered. You will feel it in your gut when you have compromised to your disadvantage. You will know in your body when you’ve compromised something that wasn’t in your best and highest good. Compromise expands and becomes worse over time.

People get to learn authentic negotiation. There are no situations that cannot be negotiated. When you can sit non-emotionally and negotiate, you create win-win situations and experiences. Negotiate a fabulous life every day.

Compromise can build up anger, resentment, and physical illness and gives your power away. It depletes your authenticity and leads to making bad decisions.

Communicate authentically and ask for what you need and want. Speak your truth kindly. Master a peaceful sense of power.
