The Lords Day is the beginning of a new age and the present day will end. This means; the end of this time period as we know it. This is also the first day of a new day called the Millennial Reign of Christ often called The Millennium.Show more

Below are verses that refer to the Millennium directly.

Revelation 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
Could this be the 7th Trump? I believe it is and this is the beginning of the “Lords Day”

2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
It states that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years with man. There can be no doubt that the Lords day is a thousand years long and not just one day.

Revelation 20 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

Revelation 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. (It says there will be “Nations” during the Millennium)

Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ

(They did not fall for the devils deception because they were well versed in the scriptures. They fought in the battle with YHVH against satan; they were His loyal servants)

Revelation 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
“Dead” to the truth… The “dead” (to)… will have another chance to “live again”-or make a decision= to “live again” after the thousand year period will end. This to me means they will have another chance at eternal life after the thousand years has expired. There is a choice involved.
Satan is released at the end of the Millennium for a reason.

Verse five is widely misunderstood. If you have your body basics down pat you will have no trouble with this verse and knowing who the first fruits are and who the dead are. People who are dead even while they are alive is because they are unsaved. This applies to the flesh and the spirit man. All unsaved people are called dead even while they are alive in the flesh and the same goes for the spirit. You may look like your alive but you are not alive within the kingdom of God. Unsaved people will have to wait a thousand years before they can be called alive but not until after the GWTJ; but only if they accept the plan of salvation. Verse 4 is speaking of the saved and verse 5 is speaking of the unsaved.

One other way to look at the meaning of “dead” is this; You are dead to the truth. Dead to God.

Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

The first resurrection consists of people who were saved in this age and judged at the JSOC and given eternal life at the moment they died in the flesh. The first resurrection simply means they were resurrected from the flesh to the spirit and not the body rising from a hole in the ground.
Even the spiritually dead are resurrected at the moment of death from the flesh to the spirit but they are still mortal. The word resurrection has a threefold meaning and it applies to the flesh and the spirit. The flesh body can be resurrected back to life such as Lazarus whose body was brought back to life. This also applies to people who die and are resurrected to the spirit or raised to a higher level of existence.
The saved people are written in the Lambs book of life and they are not subject to the second death. They are the first fruits. Below is verse 7 and it should be obvious as to why satan is released again after a thousand years. There are still those who are mortal and they are to be tested one last time by satan to prove their loyalty to YHVH.

Revelation 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

Below is speaking about the time in the near future

Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth,

All of Revelation 12:10 through 16 speak of the time right before the Lords day. It’s called the great tribulation of satan 666 and then the wrath of God 777.
Satan is released at the end of the Millennium again for the same reason.
That sounds like a showdown to me; a final battle between good and evil.
We all know WHO wins.

This same thing is about to happen in our immediate future…a showdown. There will be a physical release of satan from Michael’s restraints and he will be cast to earth as a false messiah. He will stand in the holy place and claim to be god. Many will take sides with him as they have done before. He will claim to god in the body of Christ (the temple) and also stand in Jerusalem in the Temple and claim to be god. he will look and sound like the real jesus but he is a fake, a liar a pseudo an actor. The Hebrew word “Nachash” the Serpent, the great orator or the great diviner. Revelation 12 speaks of his role as the serpent after the woman who is the church in the wilderness.
