I'm not gonna lie; These sets felt VERY hard today. I had to wake up early for an appointment with a repairman, after having a really late night shift at work the night before. THEN, I got called in to cover for the shift that day, which was supposed to be my day off. So needless to say, I was tired, felt weak, and was VERY RUSHED to pump this workout as fast I could, so I could get to work on time. That, combined with overall mounting fatigue made this workout, and these sets very challenging. So I think my form and performance was not quite as smooth overall as before; but it is not terrible, I suppose. What matters most is being as consistent as possible, and PUTTING THE WORK IN. 🤘🏻
