My Wife's Favorite Breakfast Burrito, Not what you might think

My wife does not really care much for breakfast burritos but this one is her exception. The problem is almost NOBODY makes it. She tries to order it custom but very few people seem to understand what she is trying to create and they screw it up. Luckily, I know a little about cooking and can make it anytime she wants.
