A huge blaze erupted in the central Mexican city of Aguascalientes on October 21st after a crash involving a fuel tanker near a railway line. Local media estimated between 100 and 120 houses were damaged in the flames, and around 1,200 to 1,500 people were evacuated. Aguas Digital said the explosion happened when the truck hit a train, but later reports said the truck hit an overpass near the rail line. Video circulating online showed the flames burning as a train hurtled past. There are no reports of deaths at this time, but several people were taken to hospital. The driver of the truck was arrested, El Universal said.
