One of my HARDEST workouts! While it's under 10 minutes, it gets to WORK. You will feel this one!

I recommend shoes for this workout since there is a lot of jumping. I do NOT recommend doing multiple rounds of this workout. Instead, pair it with one or more of my other workouts for a full body routine.
