Great rainy day to go look at a house in Challedon in Mt. Airy! We had high hopes for this home and at surface I️ appeared to be great. As we walked through more we noticed there were some pretty big renovations needed to get it where these buyers would be able to call it home. We aren’t afraid to make an offer, a home new on the market generally doesn’t have much negotiation room and we didn’t want to insult them. Still a good property, just not for these clients.
