GCRW Luncheon 10-20-22 Q & A with SoS Christi Jacobsen

While Christi has oversight of the Election Integrity process, the work--and the responsibility for doing it right--is done at the county level. Right now, she and her office's attorney (also present and answering questions) are dealing with a 4 foot stack of legal documentation regarding the four Election Integrity Laws ruled unconstitutional by the judge in Billings. This ruling will be appealed to the State Supreme Court after the election. But unless we vote out the current extremely liberal Chief Justice and replace her with Jim Brown, we will be shot down.

If we must be angry, focus that attention on the Deep Pockets who hit us with lawfare the minute those laws were passed and signed.

There is also a good discussion between Marty Lambert, County Attorney, and Bill Flynn, County Commissioner candidate about who to call regarding questionable election activity.

I apologize for the sound quality, particularly on the questions, as there was no second mike for those with questions, and not everyone spoke loudly enough for the rest of us to hear.
