150 - Milestone 1

As I was turning 36, I found myself reflecting on life, my journeys along the way and where I was compared to a year or 2 ago (as we do, right?). So, here are THE consequences of that reflection .. A year of BURPEES challenge!!

My goal is to start with 100 & add 1 extra burpee every single day. Ending with 465 in a year.
(100 every day would have just got too boring for those who know long challenges)!
