Broadcaster and writer Esther Krakue says Aldi UK considering selling edible insects to help families amid the cost of living crisis is "absolutely disgusting".
"I'm sure Bill Gates is over the moon because that's been the plan all along," she told Rowan Dean.
"To get us to stop eating normal food and to eat bugs while the elite at the top eat their wagyu beef and lobster and watch all the peasants at the bottom eat insects and rats because it'll save the planet, apparently."
