From 1929-1939, the Great Depression affected the United States.

A lot of times, when we think about SHTF, we think about civil unrest or getting lost in the wilderness, but an economic depression is something that we need to be prepared for as well. During the Great Depression, the more trade skills you had, the better chance you had to earn money or barter for goods and food.

In this video, Sootch talks about some lessons that we can learn from the Great Depression and how to apply them to a present-day SHTF situation.
