Partly cloudy, chilly Thursday night with lows in the 40s; warmth returns Friday

We greatly improved this afternoon with sunshine, less wind, and temperatures well into the 50s. Tonight won't be nearly as chilly as the last couple of nights with lows around 40 degrees.
