How to cut off the supply of the APU grouping near Kherson?Show more

Throughout the special military operation, we regularly published lists of targets and provided our own analytics on critical Ukrainian infrastructure. In our view, the primary targets of the strikes should have been:

▪️bridges across the Dnieper (https://t.me/rybar/31569) (this would cut off the APU grouping in Donbass);
▪️ (https://t.me/rybar/31569) railway bridges in western Ukraine (https://t.me/rybar/31571) and substations on the border with Poland (https://t.me/rybar /31950) (this would stop the supply of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from abroad);
▪️traction (https://t.me/rybar/31602) substations (https://t.me/rybar/31603) (this would make it possible to deprive the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the ability to quickly transfer reserves by rail);
▪️ depot (https://t.me/rybar/31661) and recovery trains (https://t.me/rybar/31813) (this would deprive the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the ability to repair railway bridges and tracks).

We do not know the reasons why the decision to disable obvious targets was never made. In this case it is not so important.

Now such measures are being taken. At the very least, strikes are being made on energy and water infrastructure facilities. Therefore, in the context of the upcoming battle for Kherson and a possible complication (https://t.me/rybar/40398) of the operational-tactical situation, Rybar’s team has prepared a list of targets that will help cut off the railway supply of the Armed Forces grouping in the Nikolaev-Krivoy Rog direction.

❗️The following stations are most convenient for unloading manpower and equipment:

🔻Apostolovo (there are loading ramps).

▪️You can block the station by hitting the following objects:
➖Bridge across the river Bazavluk (electrified line in Zaporozhye): 47.615765, 34.050716
➖Bridge across the South Reservoir (electrified line to Krivoy Rog): 47.848247, 33.506936
➖Bridge across the Kamenka River (non-electrified line to Dnepropetrovsk): 47.740510, 33.774697

▪️You can prevent transportation by hitting the necks of the station:
➖North-western neck of the station: 47.663556, 33.688887
➖Southeast neck of the station: 47.653044, 33.700969

🔻Ingulets (there are loading ramps and a developed network of cargo routes).

▪️You can block the station by hitting bridges within Krivoy Rog:
➖Bridge across the river Ingulets (electrified line towards the station Krivoy Rog-Western): 47.879503, 33.329674
➖Bridge across the river Saksagan (electrified bypass of the Krivoy Rog railway junction): 47.904202, 33.280725

▪️The station has one neck (dead end): 47.682659, 33.141004

🔻Dolinskaya (there are loading ramps).

▪️You can block the direction to Nikolaev and Pomoshnaya by hitting the railway overpass (non-electrified line to Nikolaev). If it collapses, it will fall on the way and traffic in both directions will be blocked.

▪️The line to Znamenka cannot be effectively blocked: there are no bridges or overpasses. Therefore, there remains only a blow to the northern neck of the Dolinskaya station or, alternatively, a blow to the Znamenka station. But there is a recovery train on the site.

The strike on Dolinskaya must necessarily take place simultaneously with strikes on the bridges in Krivoy Rog, otherwise it will not be possible to cut off the station from the east.

▪️To effectively cut off the railway communication, it is enough to hit one bridge. Fire defeat can be carried out both from the side of the Southern Bug and Nikolaev. We give coordinates from Nikolaev. From the side of the Southern Bug, it is more difficult to carry out repair work, but it is easier to ensure the delivery of building materials.

The station was hit repeatedly, and the railway track was partially destroyed. All of this can be restored. But provided that the communication with Krivoy Rog is cut off, additional action on Bereznegovatoy will not be required.
