DOJ announce charges in alleged Russia scam

The Department of Justice is charging nearly a dozen people with illegal schemes to send military technology to Russia. Officials say they are also charging two companies accused of participating in the same illicit activities. Attorney General Merrick Garland said all charges being brought against defendants involve two major schemes to violate U.S. export and sanctions laws.
