Bernegger Report: Wisconsin Election IP Addresses Going to Nonprofit

Election results from a Wis. Dominion tabulator are sent to a nonprofit in Madison on election night. Several elections including Nov. 3rd, 2020, went to this IP address. They could have then gone anywhere in the world. Or, to corrupt Wis. politicians who would then know the vote counts, and how many ballots they would need to stuff into the system. All they would need is for delays in some larger cities. The IP address on the Dominion 3" tabulator tape was traced. In the traceroute the IP address is that of the nonprofit private company of Wiscnet.net. They are the host. The Traceroute of the IP runs around the UW-Wisconsin networks before no longer being pingable.
