High blood pressure is a rich person's illness. However, we have been treating our bodies like crap! Feeding it crap, over-using it, and abusing it. You must change your lifestyle. High blood pressure is called the silent killer, all the symptoms seem normal for old age. The first thing you need to do is to take care of your heart. Start exercising. Be more active. Change your current lifestyle; the food you eat, the time you sleep, the exercise you must do, and keep your blood flowing. Enjoy your life.

I realized that high blood pressure is not a concern for many people, but most people know at least two who people have high blood pressure. We always think I can handle it, or I'm okay. Just do a simple test, get your blood pressure checked and see if you are overweight. Medical check-ups it must be done, it is a preventative measure not a death announcement unless you have been avoiding it so now you are afraid to get a check-up or decide to do healthy things a week before the check-up. Since when has a week of anything been beneficial? Start today, and be healthy. Lose weight, exercise, drink less, eat well, get plenty of sleep, and enjoy life. You deserve it!
