It is a phenomenon that can strike at anytime and anywhere is. It doesn't care how many kids you have or how busy you are. What is this phenomenon…mom burnout.

For this week's, momtrepreneur life coffee chat we are going to talk about all things mom burnout. Life Unboxed is all about raising your kids, running a business, and keeping your sanity. If we are going to talk about keeping your sanity, then we need to talk about mom burnout.

What About Mom Burnout
I have been burned out. It felt like hitting a brick wall. I can't move. Things that were easy to do, now feel like I am trying to run a marathon.

It is important to note that I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist, or anything like that. I am just going to share my own personal story with you.

As moms sometimes we just need what we are feel validated. We need to know that this is normal, I'm not unique it what I am feeling, and there is someone else out there who is experiencing it too.

My Experience with Mom Burnout
Mom burnout is much deeper than just a bad day or we have weeks where we just need a break. It feels like you can't move or you have no motivation to do anything.
