A millennium cake that melts in your mouth! Simple and very tasty! 😋

Ingredients:
eggs 5pcs
Sugar 125 gr
Beat for 7-10 minutes to get a lush and thick mass.
Melted butter (not hot!!!) 25g.
Flour 125g. Cocoa 50g. Baking powder for dough 10g.
Mix gently from bottom to top.
Baking pan 20cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 34-40 minutes.
Let cool down.

Bananas 2pcs.
Butter 20-30g.
Fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
Caramel:
sugar 150 gr. Melt over low heat.
butter 45 gr.
Cream 135g.
salt 1/2 teaspoon.
Impregnation:
1 tablespoon caramel + warm milk 100-150g.
Let cool down.

Cut off the top layer.
Cut into three pieces.

Cream:
Fresh cheese 500g.
Cream 33-36% 100g.
caramel 5 tablespoons.
Beat smooth with a mixer.
ganache:
Milk Chocolate 70g.
Hot cream 33-36% 50g.
collect cakes.

Mix chopped, roasted hazelnuts 70g with leftover caramel.
Milk chocolate 100g + hot cream 33-36% 50g + chopped toasted hazelnuts 30g.
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Grind the top layer into crumbs.
