Joe Biden is now a Laughing stock; Biden may Succumb to NOPEC | OPEC+ | Climax

In an interview with CNN on Tuesday, Joe Biden said there would be consequences. He did not go into further detail as to what those consequences might be. And now, to show the Saudis what he thinks, Biden is refusing to meet with bin Salman at the upcoming G20 meeting. This is hilarious.

The Saudi-US relationship was founded, broadly speaking, on the principle of energy for security. Washington has, since the 1940s, provided billions of dollars in the military, and security aid to Saudi Arabia.

After being honey potted by a 15-year-old Kuwaiti girl, the US dethroned Saddam and got him hanged. Now that the arch-enemy of Saudi Arabia is gone, there's no more leverage for the US.

But in recent years, and particularly since the Obama administration, began making diplomatic inroads with Iran, Riyadh feels the US commitment to its security has waned.

The US used to call Bin Laden a peace warrior. We all know what happened. There doesn't seem to be a long-term plan or policy for everything the US does. It's something like this: We are the most powerful nation; we can do anything!

The fact that China is winning today, may have something to do with that.

Indeed, just one day before Biden’s comments, Senator Bob Menendez, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, demanded that the US immediately halt all cooperation with Saudi Arabia, including weapons sales.

Isn't this good news for Russia and China?
