America’s southern border is wide open. Most Americans agree that the effects of the open border, like the increase in drug trafficking and violent crimes along border towns, are devastating the nation, but many do not want to address the root cause. Without borders and without laws, a nation does not exist.

The art of good citizenship used to be taught in American schools. Lessons on how to participate in society and contribute to the well-being of the nation were normal just one or two generations ago. Today, you’d be hard-pressed to find lessons like this in an American classroom.
