Energodar administration building hit by HIMARS rockets

A senior local official in Zaporozhye Region has published video of the moment HIMARS rockets hit the administration building in Energodar. The Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, the largest facility of its kind in Europe, is located on the shore of the Dnepr River, just outside the city.
