2 cups almond flour

¼ cup unsalted butter

1 cup erythritol

1 large egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. salt

2 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

¼ tsp. ground cloves

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

The Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients of almond flour, erythritol, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and salt together.

2. In a small bowl, mix the wet ingredients of melted unsalted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
