Today new revelations emerge from the CoinFlex v Roger Ver saga, as Roger Ver's Bitcoin.com filed a petition to the Supreme Court of Seychelles to have CoinFlex put into liquidation. The filing reveals that CoinFlex withheld a large amount of information from their creditors during the recent restructuring vote. Of most interest is the company's profit/loss statements going back years, which show the company was not profitable, as well as the fact that CoinFlex had a secret 3rd director, Mike Komaransky who operates Grapefruit Trading, which presents a major conflict of interest.
