Car Drives into Water at Boat Ramp Almost Sinking Car

Info from Licensor: Phil Foster boat ramp in Riviera Beach Memorial, Florida on Memorial Day weekend! We were getting ready to launch our boat when this car pulls up. Rolls windows up and drives right in. After he drove in all the windows and the trunk opened up. He then threw what appeared to be a gun and other things into the water. He was fighting the police as they were trying to save him.
