People often walk by the homeless and act like they don't see them, almost like their embarrassed to take notice. Well it sends chills down my spine every time I see a homeless person and I wonder what is their story. So Fresh Out decided to take a trip to skid row and pass out clothes and give back to those in need. We all know how rough the streets can be.
