Recipe and ingredients:
300 milliliters warm milk (1 1/5 glasses)
10 grams live yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil (45 milliliters)
1 teaspoon salt
450 grams of flour (3 glasses)
150 grams soft cream cheese
50 grams of butter
2 garlic cloves

I use a 250 milliliters glass.
