Europe may face an even more acute energy crunch next year, after draining its natural gas tanks to get through the cold of this winter, the head of the International Energy Agency said on Wednesday, as the EU looks for ways to ease the crisis.

To make matters worst, China is pulling the plug on Gas Supplies to Europe, right before winter. Beijing has reportedly told state-owned natural gas importers, to halt resales of cargoes to buyers in Europe and Asia, to make sure China has enough supply for domestic needs this winter.
