Armed Carjack On Main Chicago Road In Broad Daylight

Three individuals were involved in a car crash along the Dan Ryan Expressway In Chicago. One of the individuals was wearing a ski mask and looked to be heavily armed stopped a car and carjacked it. Footage comes from a driver on the other side of the highway who can’t believe what he’s seeing.
