NSAC claims Metro failed to do a 'thorough investigation' in death of 20-year-old UNLV student

More accusations took place in Tuesday’s meeting by the head of the Nevada State Athletic Commission that Metro Police failed to thoroughly investigate the death of a UNLV student.
