NYC presents large shelter complex for new migrants

New York City officials on Tuesday presented a new housing complex, on an island next to Manhattan, that's ready to provide as many as 1,000 new male migrant arrivals at a time with a "short-term solution" until they can figure out their next destination. Diane To reports.
